Returns & Shipping
Gramon is unable to provide refunds for changes of mind. We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will honour exchanges and credit notes. Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving an item via email to email@example.com. Items must be returned unworn and in the condition that they were received.
We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail to our Australian mailing address as below:

Please allow 5 to 10 days for Australia Post to deliver your order.
We have a $10 flat rate for shipping on all orders Australia wide.
Gramon takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
